SEO task list for developers

Every audit can produce a prioritised task backlog with reproduction steps, affected URLs, DOM positions and the fix, ready to hand to a developer or an agent.

P1 to P3

Tasks are grouped by priority and effort, each with a fix.

Recheck

Tasks link to recheck evidence after the release.

How it works

Three steps, one saved scan

  1. Run the audit from your exports

Point the CLI at a folder of Screaming Frog CSV or XLSX exports and add --tasks to get the backlog in the same run.

  2. Get tasks ranked P1 to P3

Each task has a priority, an effort estimate, the affected URLs, the fix, and the reproduction. Broken links also list the source page, link position and XPath.

  3. Recheck after the release

Verify each fix with the remediation recheck tool, not by checking that the task disappeared from the list.

No. The task builder reads the audit and writes files: tasks.json and tasks.md. You decide what to deploy.
Yes. Set priority_map, effort_map, group_by, include_severities and limits in config.json under tasks_pipeline.
tasks.md says the reproduction is unavailable from the saved audit. It does not invent one.
Yes. Every command also runs as an MCP tool, for example sf_audit_tasks for the backlog and sf_audit_run for the audit.
