Three steps, one saved scan
Preview the registration
Run the install with --dry-run first. It prints the exact config block, the file it would change, a backup path and a sha256, and writes nothing.
Install with --yes
Once you have read the plan, add --yes. The previous config is backed up next to it, and --expected-sha256 refuses the install if the file changed after the preview.
Agents continue the saved project
Projects keep scope, crawl policy, scans and history. The next agent picks up the saved project instead of starting from the chat.
